Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business day through USPS First Class mail. Once the shipping label is printed, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment with the tracking number included.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's so important to us that you love your order! if it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 14 days of the ship date. Just email sophiepmarks@gmail.com. Your item must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
